Mission/Strategic Goals

The Cameron School of Business supports and works towards UNCW's Seven Strategic Goals while achieving eight more specific goals for students of business. CSB is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

Strategic Goals for Cameron School of Business - Undergraduate Degrees
in B.S.-B.A. in Business Administration

  1. Create a powerful learning experience through excellence in teaching, scholarship, and significant interaction between students, faculty, and business leaders.

  2. Recruit, retain, and develop a portfolio of quality faculty and staff.

  3. Ensure that students, faculty and staff understand the value of diversity in a multicultural business environment.

  4. Build a global perspective for faculty and students.

  5. Strengthen regional engagement through student and faculty service, outreach and applied scholarship.

  6. Provide an environment that is safe, attractive, and conducive to learning.

  7. Pursue increased public financial support and private giving.

  8. Develop and promote selected programs to achieve regional and national recognition.
