Through this intensive professional sales training program, you will learn how to gain your client’s business by earning their trust. This four part program combines practical sales training with practice and application in the UNCW Sales Laboratory.
Go through the entire sales process and discover the most modern sales methods today—consultative/solutions selling. You will leave this sales training program better equipped to develop presentations and solutions that meet your clients true needs, create a specific sales plan to achieve your sales goals, influence the right buyers and close the sale with ease.
Completion of this program will result in achieving a UNCW Certificate in Professional Selling (CPS) helping you be more effective in your current sales position and prepare you for career advancement and new business opportunities. Completing this program will also provide continuing education credits to select organizations.
This program is taught by Lynnea Mallalieu, PhD, who has ten plus years of sales experience with organizations in the U.S. and Europe and completed her doctorate at Virginia Tech University in 2000.
