The Cameron School of Business is pleased to announce four new professional business courses that focus on very relevant, practical, and distinct topics. These courses will be taught by top business school faculty and executives.

Leading and Managing Effective Change
In today’s business environment whether profit or not-for profit, the one constant is change. In this program you will learn a professional approach to managing change within the workplace. This course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges of Change Management, why and how it happens and what needs to be done to overcome resistance. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of the challenges of Change Management, it’s impact on individuals, teams, and the organization. You will learn practical, successful leadership tools to effectively manage and implement change. Included will be tested approaches to create positive and lasting change in your company.

In order to provide the opportunity for growth, behavior changes are necessary. Coaching is a very effective way to enhance performance and create sustained behavior change. This program is designed to give you the “practical” tools to become a very effective coach and enable you to build the bench for your department and company. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in dealing with both high performers and performance challenges. The content and delivery methods will give “hands on” opportunities to build and apply methods demonstrated to be effective.

This course will provide the practical financial skills that will help you make better management decisions and is knowledge you will use throughout your career.

This is a true nuts-and-bolts approach to project management, taught by seasoned project managers. Your instructor applies the latest methods of learning technology to accelerate your learning and increase your retention so you can apply these important tools to your projects. Project Management has become critical in the success and competiveness of public and private sector companies. Enterprises achieve their goals through projects and effective project management. Successful project management requires achieving the scope, cost and schedule. In addition, the increasing complexity of work and demands for "more with less" place special demands on the project manager and need for a project based approach.
