

Biography:
Chuck Ninos is an adjunct faculty member with the UNCW Cameron
School of Business and a faculty member with Pennsylvania State
University's Executive
Programs. He was employed for
twenty-eight years in both the public and private sectors. Most recently as Vice President
and Sr. Consultant with National City Corporation. Chuck also held positions as Sr. Consultant
with Progressive Insurance and Vice President for Development with the Sharon
Regional Health System where he was responsible for organizational development,
implementation of the C. Q. I. Process, Marketing, Corporate Medicine and Fund
Raising.
Chuck has designed and implemented programs dealing with the
practical application of management principles to specific problems in today’s
work environment. Included are issues
related to leadership and talent development, enhancement of teamwork through
the integration of employee and organizational objectives, and Lean Enterprise
thinking at the shop floor level. He has facilitated strategic planning for
both profit and not for profit organizations. His focus is on integration of
strategy, operational processes, leadership, and employee capabilities. Chuck
has presented on many National Conferences including the Balanced Scorecard
program on Human Capital.
