Advanced Project Management Bootcamp - $200

Course Description
This intense course provides the opportunity to learn advanced aspects of project management including planning, managing, controlling and completing projects. The workshop focuses on the key fundamentals of managing projects and the role as a project manager. You will learn how to better prepare project schedules, develop project measures and advanced approaches to project control; and how to develop, lead and motivate project teams. This is a true nuts-and-bolts approach to project management, taught by seasoned project managers. Your instructor applies the latest methods of learning technology to accelerate your learning and increase your retention so you can apply these important tools to your projects. Project Management has become critical in the success and competiveness of public and private sector companies. Enterprises achieve their goals through projects and effective project management. Successful project management requires achieving the scope, cost and schedule. In addition, the increasing complexity of work and demands for "more with less" place special demands on the project manager and need for a project based approach.
