The annual UNCW Economic Outlook Conference (EOC) is our region's premier forum for economic activity and forecasts. The conference highlights key trends, challenges, and opportunities that have and will impact our region economically. This economic data is complemented by panel discussions and a keynote speaker representing relevant local business sectors and leaders in our community.

• Dr. Woody Hall and Dr. Tom Simpson's outlooks on the regional and national economies.

• Energy and Sustainability in our region will be highlighted through a panel discussion as well as by the special key note speaker, Larry Shirley, Director of the North Carolina State Energy Office.

• An executive panel will discuss the current state of and outlook for the Residential and Commercial Real Estate markets in our region.
