- Determine if a loan is really what they need is it a temporary solution.
- Educate them about the C's of credit why lenders do what they do.
- Prepare them for their loan proposal presentation.
- Help them determine cash needs.
- Assist clients in finding alternative funding sources if your bank cannot extend credit.
Our promise to you: once we've worked with your referral client, we will send them back to your bank. If you decline to make a loan, we'll then work with client to find financing elsewhere.
