The Cameron Student Advisory Council, comprised of presidents of all CSB student organizations welcomes on students interested in student business organizations.
The knowledge and experience provided by these organizations represent a variety of personal and professional skills which have lifelong applications. We encourage students seeking involvement to contact the organization's president or faculty advisor for further information.
The Student Advisory Council promotes leadership development interaction among UNCW business organizations and the UNCW community. This council acts as a coordinating council and provides a forum for effective and timely communication between business students and all business organizations
Beta Alpha Psi (BAΨ) - Accounting Honorary Society
BAΨ is a national scholarship and professional accounting fraternity. The primary objective of the fraternity is to encourage and give recognition to scholastic and professional excellence in the field of accountancy.BGS is a honorary student organization which recognizes and rewards scholarship and accomplishment among students of business and administrations. BGS also encourages the advancement of education in the art and science of business and fosters integrity in the conduct of business activities.

The Entrepreneurship Club's mission is to foster the spirit of Entrepreneurship at UNCW and to engage area entrepreneurs and startup companies with the club. Members enjoy the benefits of entrepreneur speaker events, a rocket pitch event, business plan workshops, roundtable discussions, teaching entrepreneurship to K-12 students, and social/networking events in conjunction with the Center for Entrepreneurial Development. Having just been launched in January 2006 the club is being funded and run like a startup company.

Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl (IEB) Team
The IEB competes in the Mid-Atlantic Region of the Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl in November each year. The team is comprised of students from all CSB degree concentrations. Approximately 6 weeks prior to the competition the team is provided 15 ethical cases on a wide range of topics (i.e., the FDA approval process, the role of Ethics Officers on Public Boards, the Pay Day lending industry). We meet regularly to discuss both sides of the ethical situation, determine which parties would benefit or be harmed based on the outcome chosen and what ethical theory (or theories) can be used to support our position. Six of the 15 cases are randomly chosen at the Regional competition for presentation. Although there is no correct answer to the ethical dilemmas, the team strives to carefully consider each of the ethical cases and chose a side of the argument that is best supported by existing evidence and theory.
